Meet Rose

Mortgage Advisor, Rose Bencosme was born and raised with her twin brother in the Dominican Republic. Their family moved to the United States when she was sixteen where she attended Hope High School in Providence, RI and spent her free time boxing when she needed a break from the world. After high school, she studied at Johnson and Wales University graduating Magna Cum Laude in May of 2025 with her Bachelor of Science in International Business. In addition to being a full-time student, she was also a full-time employee for six years with Main Street Home Loans where she earned the position of Loan Officer. Rose entered the mortgage industry early in life because she observed a lack of Spanish-speaking loan officers available to serve her community. “I recognized that hard-working people were being underserviced due to an overall lack of communication.” Her goal was to elevate their level of education towards leveraging real estate and to inspire first-time home buyers to become future investors.

With almost a decade’s worth of experience and her client-focused approach, Rose is committed to finding the best mortgage solutions, which is reflective in her 98% customer satisfaction rate. She stays current with market trends and lending regulations to ensure her clients get the best possible rates and terms. Rose feels her edge in the mortgage industry revolves around her accessibility, communication, attention to detail, and her ability to translate complex mortgage terms into simple language. “I make myself available seven days a week, responding to calls, texts, and emails within two hours, and I proactively update my clients throughout the process instead of waiting for them to ask.” Rose also thoroughly examines all documentation up front to avoid last-minute surprises and her clients feeling overwhelmed. Real estate agents show great confidence in Rose that she will keep their clients on track, providing quick pre-approvals, meeting tight deadlines, and staying in constant communication with all parties. “Several real estate agents have mentioned that they appreciate how I alert them to potential issues early in the process and how I always have a backup plan ready to go.”

She also enjoys reading books and exercising.
