Meet David

Sr. Mortgage Advisor, David Silvernail, a life-long Massachusetts resident, grew up in Foxboro playing soccer and running track for Foxboro High School. In addition to his claim to fame of seeing the Beastie Boys three times in one week, David graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree and was a combat engineer in the Massachustts Army National Guard. His summer job as a sales assistant at Vanson Leathers in Fall River, MA, evolved into running the computer systems for the entire operation. Eventually, David was recruited as a computer consultant specializing in designing custom training and support packages for his clients. It was here that he learned the value of due diligence, and how to hit the road, striking up good conversations that lead to new relationships. This natural progression of sharpening his skillset for earning trust and creating genuine connections with people landed him the position of Wholesale Rep for Long Beach Mortgage, and his journey in the mortgage industry was officially on its way to becoming the career of a lifetime.

With over a decade of experience as an independent mortgage broker he meticulously executed every part of the mortgage process from application to closing. “There is not a mortgage scenario I have not seen, and having done every job, I have an intimate knowledge of the entire mortgage experience.” His clients describe him as steady, knowledgeable and confident because he does all the “heavy lifting” up front to avoid stress. Real estate agents actively refer their clients to David with total confidence because when he says a pre-approval is good… it’s great!

David made his move to Province Mortgage Associates in 2025 because he was looking for a better environment in which to thrive. From the tech stack and phone app to an outstanding reputation built over 20 years, sporting over 3,000 Five Star Reviews, he knew that Province would be his new home. He enjoys golf and loves to cook to the point where you only find ingredients in his household. His perfect day would start with making breakfast for Brittany, playing a round of golf with Jack, making dinner for everyone at their residence in Middleboro, MA, and then listening to Drew play his guitar that evening.
