Meet Don
Don Wilson earned his bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Bryant University, and he’s been a veteran of the mortgage lending industry since 1997. As a seasoned mortgage professional, Don became part of the founding team of Province Mortgage Associates in 2005.
Now as Marketing Director, Don produces creative marketing strategies and innovative branding for their sales force, while building yearly fundraising initiatives in support of the many people within the communities they serve. Prior to his mortgage career, Don was a full-time musician performing throughout New England and still loves playing whenever possible.
In 2018, Don launched a second venture called Prospecting Intelligence, LLC, helping professionals from almost any industry discover active ways to create better daily habits in pursuit of accomplishing important goals. In 2020 Don released his first book titled, “What’s YOUR Woobie? – Simple Strategies on Your Uncomfortable Path to New Opportunities”, the subject of which landed him a TEDx Talk at Bryant University. His most recent addition to his body of work was obtaining his certification as a DISC trainer for Cogent Solutions with his latest business partner, Brian Butler, providing assessments and training to individuals and teams looking to improve their professional relationships and performance.
Don’s hope is to be known as a man of great faith and someone who cares deeply about the happiness, success, and well-being of others. When Don is not working, you’ll find him making memories with family and friends! He loves golf, fishing, and living the simple credo he’s taught his three children for years, “Try to make a stranger smile every day!”
