Meet Chris

Sr. Mortgage Advisor, Christopher Lombardo, was born in Boston, MA and grew up in the small college town of Norton, MA. He was a sports kid playing baseball, basketball, and golf throughout his childhood and time at Norton High School. Chris began his college career studying business and science at Bristol Community College, and then later transferred to Lesley University in Cambridge, MA where he graduated with honors with a BS in Business Management. After college, he left his hometown and was hired as a JR Loan Officer/Processor with Century Mortgage, and he’s been in the mortgage industry ever since.

Chris officially became a licensed mortgage originator; however the first half of his career was
spent working on the operations side of the business as an Underwriter and Operations Manager. “I was able to sign off on loans up to $1,000,000, and I learned how my technical skills combined with my ability to breakdown the entire loan process would ultimately lead to providing a higher level of service to future clients and referral partners.” With Poli Mortgage Group, Chris was promoted to the position of Quality Control Manager. In 2017, he made his full transition to loan officer with Mortgage Network and within one year was promoted to Branch Manager. Chris made his move to Province Mortgage Associates in 2024 because of the company’s commitment to people. “I had a special connection with every Province employee I met, and the outstanding reputation they’ve earned over a long period of time was something I wanted to be a part of.”

Chris credits his success as a mortgage professional to his excellent communication skills and his dedication to always acting in his clients’ best interest. His Realtor® relationships and network partners highlight his transparency and his ability to exceed expectations, adhering to timelines within the process and getting the loan to the closing table with great accuracy. Regional Sales Manager, Tim Johnson shared, “Meeting Chris for the first time was a pleasure. As a former underwriter, I knew he understood the mechanics of the loan cycle, but it was his humanistic approach to sales that impressed me the most. I knew instantly, he was one of us.” Chris came full circle back to Norton, MA where he lives with his wife Beth. His daughter, Michaela, graduated from Maine Law School, and his son Josh is now a senior at Norton high school. When Chris is not helping homeowners, he loves watching Josh’s baseball and football games, skiing in the winter, and playing lots of golf in the summer.
