Meet Alan

Alan Conley has been building sales and operational teams within the mortgage industry since 2001 and became the Strategic Growth Manager for Province Mortgage Associates in 2009. Professionals normally do not welcome a call from a recruiter… until they need to speak with a recruiter! However, when you are emotionally invested in your brand and you truly care about the success of your colleagues, recruiting becomes the most rewarding career on the planet. Alan offers potential candidates an extraordinary employment experience that the entire Province team works hard to deliver, while building long term friendships that cultivate employee loyalty and stability. In addition to recruiting, Alan also contributes his talents to PMAI in human resources, facilities management, managing technology, and improving company efficiencies and culture.
