Meet Tim

Seasoned mortgage professional, Tim Johnson was born and raised in Warwick, RI and has remained an important part of that community ever since. He attended Bishop Hendricken High School and the University of Rhode where he studied communications. Tim was always into sports playing basketball and volleyball while also succeeding as an elite snowboarder, earning corporate sponsorships along the way. He shifted his focus towards a professional career in finance with the goal of helping people living in the Rhode Island community become successful homeowners.

Tim entered the mortgage industry in 2001, excelling in dual roles as both a mortgage advisor and sales manager. He achieved success at every level and through all types of financial cycles. During his six years working as a Senior Loan Officer at Harbor One Bank he achieved President’s Club Honors multiple times. His passion and innovation for the industry also earned him the national designation of Five Star Mortgage Professional along with honors and awards. Tim brings a broad perspective from his two decades of experience and a sense of humanity and understanding of people. Tim commented, “I believe in the importance of work-life balance and the achievement of both financial success and personal growth. It is not necessarily about my why, but more about why not? Success in life is about creating and living good habits.”

In 2022, Tim became the new Regional Sales Manager for Province Mortgage Associates in their MA and RI markets. President Dave Currie shared, “Tim is an experienced mortgage professional with a great deal of knowledge about our industry and a true passion for helping our people succeed.” Tim feels that homeownership is an extremely important life event and considers it his personal responsibility to guide people towards financial success. Tim is inspired by his loving wife Nicole and his five kids: Kyle, Kaelin, Kameron, Cammi and Jack.
